The biggest issue with Wick just crashing at longer projects is that it uses so much memory because for every 1 clip, there are approximately 10 classes inside a class.

If you’re using google as your browser you could switch to a less memory intensive browser like firefox so wick editor can load it more smoothly and make it less likely to crash with long projects
The issue is that Wick’s programming itself is as unoptimized as Chrome. An example is Scratch. The Scratch Virtual Machine uses a slow, JSON-based format that is limited to 5 MB per project.
Wick doesn’t have a limit, but around the 25-50 MB mark it starts lagging, and after 500 MB the chances of it crashing before loading are very high.

When I wrote this a while back, I think I may have put my og writing into an AI model to make it a little better. I would not do that now, though. I do remember taking a while for the base one, though. Also, my main goal in writing this was just to say that wick editor is not good for long-scale projects. Not just that it gets really laggy and stuff witha bigger project. I know that movies are all split up because that is why they have a lot of animators. But my main thing was saying that is really hard to make a longer movie by yourself with an older software. But it’s hard anyway with new or old. I think my main thing when creating it was I was getting anoid with people saying they where going to create a movie even though they would have quit it now or later.
it’s not mean, he is kinda correct. Ai just helped spice things up and not make it sound extremely boring. But looking back on it I wish I hadn’t.
Which is why i make short individual scenes to make it not longer than 30 minutes, and after that, I then create a new wick editor animation file, and call that example part two. And continue building even more scenes per flash file.
