For posing, its not simple, but not complex. When you’re setting up a scene, you need to take the background, character mouth arms everything on one layer, and change their poses according to the sounds. If there is no sound, great you’ve made it easier! I’d also reccomend WebzForevz video about how to animate faster and better, because it shows an easier way to pose.

@typical_school_bread’s Section: Tweening and frame by frame
Most people think that tweening is the only way to go about animating but it’s really not! Frame by frame is for faster movements, and tweening is better for Slow movements that need to be eased.
