Ability to shrink the timeline

When having 4+ layers, the timeline takes up a large portion of the screen. I suggest an ability to adjust the amount of space the timeline takes up.

Yup, I think one solution is to give the timeline the same ‘drag-to-resize’ handle that the scripting window has.

Will be working on this and other timeline stuff this weekend~
