Being able to change the anchor point of an object will make the users work easier for sure. And snap to objects is a must-have for every graphic program. Using the line tool without snap to objects is HELL 
Adding a transparency option to the swatches would make a great difference as well.
Holding shift might as well make a perfectly horizontal or vertical line.
Fill bucket takes a few seconds to fill an object for some reason. It’s not such a big deal, but it’s annoying.
