Why the mouth and eyes have better quality than the entire drawing?

@anon15550918 might’ve used the fill bucket for coloring
(it’s well known that the fill bucket has some bugs)

the eyes and mouth are from some asset library. Some treasure island asset thingy that has a bunch of body parts I guess. He doesn’t make his own eyes or mouths, but for some reason doesn’t use the legs or hands.
