How do you do the shading, lighting etc.

no i used clip studio paint
however this should be possible in wick since the lineart i used an eraser tool to give it more definition and you can definitely use opacity and whatnot to do the shading

alright Ill try shading a drawing and than see if I can use it for an animation
Make sure you legs stay connected to a specific point and then it could look better
