Hey so, i noticed that the test version of candlestick or https://candlestickers.app/test/ changed the color selection. Is this for a revamped of the coloring system or is this just for testing?

It also is different when I use that URL.
The good thing about the new color picker is that it uses concurrent rendering. That means when you move the sliders, the main thread (the part that runs input code) is not stopping to re-render that specific slider. You can see the difference, as the new one’s click-and-drag function of the ball and the sliders actually work.
the test color picker will eventually make its way to a future version of candlestick, replacing the “fill gradient” button in the inspector.
(you should also be able to perform gradients on borders with it, too)

I actually thought this site was inactive until I heard about the latest Wick Editor update. It’s a massive relief! I’m hoping this version brings it closer to Adobe Flash, particularly the ability to import existing .fla files. I’m tired of Adobe’s expensive subscription model.
I’ve shared your Patreon on my social media before and hope you get the donations you deserve to keep this project alive forever. I can’t wait to start learning Wick Editor so I can leave Adobe Animate CC behind for good!
