There’s already a version you can download; it’s in the GitHub repository for Candlestick, on the ‘Releases’ page.
Well, depends on your OS:
.dmg
.setup.exe
.deb
.rpm
.AppImage
Then click on the blue link, which should download it. Now your OS may try to stop from using it, since it doesn’t have a certificate, but it’s perfectly safe, I used it for a while, and I didn’t get hacked.

that’s just how apps like this tend to work. i think if we wanted to get the apps signed, it would cost money. we don’t wanna deal with that, so all we can do is ask people to bypass their computer’s security measures.
or of course, you can just use the browser version. i believe the desktop version is a little less stable, anyway.
