Clip/Button Library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you copy/paste something and change it, then the original object you copied stays the same.

Describe the solution you’d like
In adobe animate, when you make something a symbol, it adds it to a library panel. This is very useful. It lets you make changes to it once, it affects all other copies of it. Even if it is on another frame and also copies its JS. It also makes it easier to make a new level or something, then you can just insert it through the library menu instead of finding a copy and copy-pasting it.

Yup, in some scenarios I feel like I need that feature in here, but also there are several scenarios in where I prefer it in the way that it is… (We should have an option to turn this feature on)
