Creating empty shapes (SOLVED)

I want a option that makes you able to put in an empty shape like this:

I tried using an eraser technique i found online but the eraser is glitchy, it has a limited size and it’s hard to accurately calculate the thickness of the circle, which makes it hard to make the circle exactly like i want.

There is a way to do that, all you have to do is change the color of the shape to a transparent color.
