he means like the frame picker in adobe animate.
where you can pick frames inside a graphic/clip.

In Wick Editor, it’s called a label.
Once you set a label for a frame, and do note that the symbol has to have a name, you can do something like:
mysymbol.gotoAndStop(“myframelabel”);
