just the ability to skew drawings or images and whatnot. You technically already can skew drawings, but you gotta rotate them, reselect them, then strech them, and then rotate them back to normal, which is a pain in the bum.

such a thing doesn’t natively exist, just use flash/animate cc if that’s the case.
actually, paper.js (the library Wick uses) has a built-in skew function that can be used, but the problem is that it requires code
