Object snapping, text alignment, more, and what i think of other suggestions

I think having snapping when you hold down some key, like alt/option or cmd/ctrl (shift key is for maintaining ratio), would be super helpful. holding that key could make lines straight in increments of like 45 and/or 30 degrees or something, and i think that’s a good idea.

i also want to see text alignment. when typing in a text box it is left-aligned. when the origin is used (coding and inspector) it is centered. there’s no right alignment. if we want something to be aligned on the right, we need the option to align in the inspector and preferably also while typing. if that happens, i also want to see if we can get center alignment.

i also want the pen tool back ._. apologize again for duplicating stuff but i think we can benefit from that addition.

vector animation export was suggested by someone, that would be cool.

hanzoh suggested opening images instead of files, making the editor automatically set the canvas size correctly and having the picture right there to edit. would be ebic, and would be even more ebic if videos and gifs would be set to the correct framerate automatically.

I’m still hoping on effects (glow, gradient, etc).

built-in custom cursors, suggested by 509robotic, would be cool. it would hopefully be able to handle all the vcam and window movement/rotation/expanding/shrinking too.

i like the pivot point suggestion by mrdashelll, it would help with some stuff.

(yes, i know ebic should be spelled epic. that’s intentional. don’t ask, my goals are beyond you.)

The text alignment idea made me think of something…it’d be nice to have textboxes with a wrap option. At the moment, it seems that the height/width of a textbox is determined by the inside text. It’d be nice if you could have a textbox where the height/width is fixed, and when the text reaches the edge of the textbox it wraps. It’d be ideal for creating text that’s meant to fit into some kind of container, like a message box.

I really want this feature to come, I got annoyed of adding spaces to make a text look perfect
