I want to create a scrolling animation where part is hidden behind something (vcam wont work)

Maybe a cutout tool for clips and pictures that allows me to cut pictures to accomplish this

Also, to cut out parts of image objects, you’ll have to probably use a different site for that.
For example, you can use kapwing to make parts of an image transparent

Yes, though i don’t know how to do it with images.
it would be the same thing, just not with text. turn the image into a clip instead of the text and the same thing should happen.
