Onion skin not working

I’ve seen a post made in Nov.2.2017 and they said the bug is fixed, but it’s not for me.

Onion Skinning not working

Onion skins cannot been seen when enabled. [27 PM] In the next empty keyframe, nothing is visible. Using a Chromebook running Chrome OS 59.1, stable channel.
