so when you import sound in there. when you scroll through the timeline the sound isnt being heard you know like some animation softwares where you scroll thhrought the timeline and you can here what sound is being produced in that frame so can you like please add that 
That is actually a good idea. It can get a bit confusing some times.
This is called audio scrub and it should definitely be a feature. It’s difficult if not impossible to do proper lip syncing with out.
