Where is stickmanred?

yesterday I made an issue on the fork, it should be a very easy thing to do to solve, there are already all the predispositions, @noobfield d is still active but @StickmanRed hasn’t entered for 2 weeks

It just two weeks. When did did one for @Green_Firey2010, he was gone for months. Give it some time.

hello world!

Btw @lol56lol, I’m planning to work on the brush merge thing now, next thing I want to do is make a page for you to test it out, see if it works the way you want it.

Here’s the test! Feel free to suggest any changes to the behavior or post bugs. https://stickmanred.github.io/wick-editor/test/ (at least 80% of my time went into making the test a separate page)

To test out the new brush mode, change the brush mode to the new one with the hollow-looking icon. Some notes about it:

  • Drawing a brush stroke will merge it with all objects that have the same fill color, even if they’re not touching
  • It will preserve the ordering of objects. So if you have red paths in front, a green one in the middle, and more red ones on the back, only the front red paths will merge
  • If any of the objects have a different stroke color or width, the merging will get rid of it entirely. I’ll have to get back with you on how to deal with this case

Awesome, I’ll test it out! :D

I wish I Can, But Its Blocked

Awesome! I think next is trying to implement a better code editor. Ace is showing its age right now, and it is just frustrating sometimes.

Also, did you notice that you are the last fork standing? They all shutdown, stalled hard after weeks-to-months and were just a mess. One day, I’ll imagine a usable wick fork that’ll be hackable on heart.

a wick fork?

Its basically when someone takes wick and changes some things.

I can’t merge them, and there is no new looking icon, is this a mistake on my part?

I like the new brush mode!! but I have one complaint about it
With the first note you said, it’s pretty annoying to deal with. For example, when I try to draw a face with long hair, it doesn’t group the hair seperately, but instead makes everything grouped. I feel like it would be better to group everything when the first batch of strokes (the head) overlaps with the second batch (the hair).

(srry if this explanation sucks…)

its this i think (the one that’s highlighted)
