I guess clips? But I need rigging!!!

There is an app called “Drawing cartoons 2” I used to use this app, and it had rigging. When I eventually joined the community, I noticed that there was no rigging. I thought to myself “No big deal!” and eventually becoming a better animator, I realize that I depend on rigging! so… please add it?
