Yes, i normally work in very small resolutions and I believe that the option to disable antialiasing would help immensely

An option to turn off anti-aliasing for the selected image in the inspector, or even just an option in the editor settings to turn it off for the entire project

I can’t think of any alternative solutions that would fix this problem
